It depends on how much this person means to you. Intimacy doesn't mean you have to jump into bed non stop. Send ecards or just send a note or message letting them know they are in your thoughts even when you are unable to be with them. Send a single rose to them for no reason. Do something special for them that has alot of special meaning for them. It doesn't have to cost alot. Just mean alot. Maybe leave a little something tasty in the fridge for them that will make them think of you in a tasty way. Catch my drift? The mind is a very powerful tool and so is the art of suggestion. Good luck.

Absolutely! The cause for the lack of intimacy isn't due to a loss of attraction. So I think there is a mutual understanding between the two of you that it will eventually happen again someday, just not quite right now. Believe me, your relationship is normal!
The great part is, when the two of you have a moment it will be all the more special! In the mean time you can still compliment your other half and express your desire!

If it's been over a year I imagine this is not a good sign especially if you two are missing the intimacy. Eventually one person becomes resentful of the other, or both people within the relationship become resentful of eachother causing major problems within the relationship. Try to establish a time you two can be together intimately at least once a week. Make it a priority; otherwise this could be very damaging to your relationship.

If you love your partner the relationship will last. Being in a relationship there are always going to be dry spells, but in time you may come out of them. If you find it to be important in your relationship, take time to schedule a romantic dinner/getaway that will bring back that "love." To make a relationship work, you have to work at it!!

i think it can be both to be honest with you. when u love someone with all of Ur heart i think u make the time and u find that energy because that person who u love wants to be with u and that alone should excite u. i also think that if there is a drought for long it will suffer the marriage and that other person will assume that u don't want them or want to be with them and find someone else to be with.
