thicken? well i hope as in being more muscular, all you need to do is exercises for the legs, im sure you can find lots of them in magazines and on line as well, and if you are skinny, eat, lean meats , to add fuel for building muscle. If you are dedicated, take up ballet, or any sort of dancing, for lean muscle that wont bulge , swim a lot, roller skating, skiing (water and snow), biking for really defined calves.

Get on a "Stair Master" for 15 mins 3 times a week. Honey it works like a charm and you'll also get rid of fat in a blink!

Who wants to do that? If you're a girl you want them skinnier; if you're a boy you need to move them once or twice instead of sitting in front of the computer all day.
