At home with their wives, who take care of them. Being in a committed relationship requires a lot of communication and understanding. I hate to say it because women do not want to hear this but if you are trying to do it all, your man is going to need more attention than you can give him, and the commitment you are seeking he will not be able to honor.

Ok taking on children is not easy. Doing so can be an very risky emotional and financial task. A man that does has to get the approval of not only you but of your children as well. Not to mention all the problems that will come up with their real dad.
Also be very CAREFUL about any man that is willing to be with you just because you have children. Who is he really going for?

They are out there. Just be whole, complete and content in yourself and give your children all of your love. My fiance met my daughter as she entered her sassy adolescence. He'd dated a girl with 3 teenaged boys (she was gorgeous, too!!) but wasn't in love with her. Just be genuine. On the night my husband proposed, he gave me a ring and then gave my daughter a little diamond ring, too. I had planned on waiting until she was in college to find the right one. He is out there. Some men truly value and desire family. Look for one who comes from a good stable family who looks up to his Dad; a good man. I have faith that he'll find you dear...you just hang it there. If it happened to me, it will happen to you. (We met in Sunday school by the way ;-D)

Let me tell you something from experience. Many men out there would be willing to do what you're saying you'd like. However, It is the women themselves who prevent it. I guess it's caused from miss trust, I don't know, but I know they won't let it happen.
