Analyze data quickly with new charting tools.

It can be challenging to sift through all of the facts and figures that cross your desk. But Microsoft® Office Excel® 2007 makes it easier for you to find, analyze, and share information--and make informed business decisions.

Excel 2007 has powerful new visualization tools, such as data bars, three-color gradients, and key performance indicator icons. You can present the results of your analysis in professional-looking charts, spreadsheets, and PivotTable® views. Plus, you can link directly to corporate data sources to automatically update information as it changes.

With Excel 2007, you get a host of new innovations to help you get more done. You can:
• Work with much bigger spreadsheets that can accommodate up to 1 million rows and 16,000 columns, so you can import, organize, and explore massive amounts of data.
• Build well designed charts faster with visual enhancements such as 3-D, soft shadowing, and transparency.
• Share spreadsheets more securely with Excel Services, which dynamically renders a spreadsheet as HTML so others can access it with any Web browser.

You can try Microsoft Office templates, their website, has plenty of templates that will be sure to help you out. Or you could just google conferences or go by any continuing education department or college and look at what sort of brochures and things they have used in the past and copy that. If you have MIcrosoft Office Publisher you can find whole design sets.
