You mean like robin hood?
It's all a question on morality. Do you belive stealing is wrong or do you belive their are certain rules you can break in order to help someone who is suffering. (I just saw a tv show on this) A class was asked if a person and their kids were starving (not just hunger like starving to death) would it be ok for them to steal food. Most of the kids said it wouldn't be ok for them to steal from anyone because stealing is wrong. They were taught to follow the rules but only one kid said it would be ok for them to steal to stop the person from suffering.
For me I would steal for the victim.

I think so, if you can steal from the thief and give it back to the victim, why not?? The property/money belongs to the victim anyway.

Thou Shalt not scouse borrow is taken under consideration one of God's commandments. in case you scouse borrow, no count the reason, it would make you a thief and harm your man or woman soul. That thief will ought to respond to for his very own sin ultimately, as all souls are God's and all souls return to God while we die. document the thief to the right authority, be it a instructor, policeman, or confirm. enable somebody else take care of the thief. tell the sufferer who the thief is. shop your man or woman arms clean.

is that like the modern day robinhood? ok, no, no stealing allowed, period, unless it was yours in the first place. that'd be like stealing my xbox from the thugs who stole it and giving it to some guy who got his tv stolen....if you're gonna steal it back and give it back to the orignal person, then ok, but not if you're just gonna give it to some other victim

The winners of World War I did that to the Germans. It's one of the key reasons the German people bought into Hitler's Nazist ideology. They wanted payback, both literally and metaphorically.
"An eye for an eye" as punishment only creates more resentment.
