All INjustice systems need serious change: they need to be gotten rid of.
Private arbitration is the way to go if you want to fight the rampant corruption of our clearly dishonourable judges. Under the public system, everyone is forced to pay for a lousy service from judges who know the government places them above us "commoners" (and the law).
Look up arbitration and see for yourself how it works. Then think about how it would apply to different disputes, especially to problems you've had with the court system. Arbiters have to actually work for their living, and contrary to popular belief, that is what's honest, not stealing your living from The People.

You can attach judicial training criteria to federal programs. So if a judge is going to deal with juvenile issues, she would have to have a certain amount of training to oversee juvenile cases or the state would loose federal funding in a certain area.
Regarding Judicial Activism, the best way to get the court to address the concerns you have is to support the legal costs of the groups you are concerned. So if you want Christians to have their rights protected then legal defense funds are an effective strategy. In our system when one side is underfunded, or under represented then the other side becomes dominant. Sometimes it takes dozens of cases, and appeals before the law begins to recognize the violation of a right.

The judicial system is fine. Stop listening to all the crap flowing from the right and you'll realize that. You notice it is only judicial activism when the right DISAGREES with the result. Everyone should just shut up and let them do what they've done for 230 years.

1) All Lawyers should be appointed by the court, no million dollar celebrity lawyers.
2) IQ tests for Jurors.
3) Death Penalties should be put under a 5 day review by a team of
Judges and then the sentance should be immediately carried out.
4) People who've commited non-violent crimes should be isolated
and put to work, (oil rigs, farms etc) but not imprisoned.
5) Bring back the "exile" system. If someone was a strong gang leader in Illinois. After his sentance exile him to Alaska and vice versa.
6) Pedophiles and rapists should get natural life...at least.

To have limited laws around here. If they want to add another law, then they have to take away a law voted by the people and ONLY the people. Or make a limit on how much gas stations can charge gasoline to us. I'm thinking at $2.50 for the 87 octane, $2.60 for the 89 octane, and $2.80 for the 93 octane. And make diesel fuel no more than $2.55 a gallon, cause the semis are driving too fast on the expressway and that's how they get a higher gas mileage.

I would change the fact that criminals have more rights than the victims in our judicial system.

I would change the fact that here in Texas, most Judges are elected by bipartisan ballot. That means all the uneducated, podunk hicks are voting in the Judges that one day might have to decide my guilt or innocence. Not to mention that since they are elected, then they are just going to continue to hand down verdicts and make decisions based on what will get them re-elected, not based on truth and justice and the law.

Justice must be delivered in reasonable time. Justice delayed is justice denied. We can improve the justice system by the following:-
1. More than 5 postponements should not be allowed.
2. Judge should not entertain admissions if he is not fully satisfied that case deserves admission.
3. Judge should be one more category. civil criminal and new category political.

Our Judicial System has been in trouble for a very long time.

out.
