It is probably the guy with more than one 4 wheeler with new paint jobs which were applied with a spray can. He is also most likely repairing 4 wheelers for people out of his home. And could be selling parts from them at yard sales or swap meets. Look for anyone selling a 4 wheeler with a color not used by that manufacturer with out any title or paperwork.
