i think Jim Carrey is underrated.
I know most of us think of him has the weird funny guy in so many movies....however in the Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless mind and The Truman Show ---i think he shows a real dramatic element.

Also Adrien Brody--he is also pretty underrated. He brings such soulful performances and a sensitive sadness to the characters he plays

Clancy Brown. He is an amazing actor but somehow was never able to break through into huge rolls. He is often in supporting roles, and today he does the voice of Mr. Krabs on the Spongebob cartoon.

Check out his IMDB.com profile: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000317/
