It is just the way life goes sometimes. I think that some some just draw the short straw of life. It sucks, but people who work hard their whole life have respect and compassion for others who are also trying yet struggling. People who are just rich are little snobs and think they are better. Working class knows that life isnt just a bed of roses all the time.

I believe it's the luck of the draw. All other things being equal, there are some people out there that seem to have been born under a 'lucky star'. But then, it's all relative.
I've known people who make millions of dollars and have nothing; I know others who make very little money but have very rich lives.
It's all in what you make it!

I often wonder this. Why I work my butt off -- about 50 hours a week -- and then celebrities make millions and millions for doing nothing productive.
Look at Paris Hilton -- no talent whatsoever! The reason she is famous is because she is rich. And then becoming famous made her even more rich! Makes me sad lol

Luck of the draw I guess. Life is what you make of it. Money is not the only thing in the world, you can have all the wealth in the world and have a miserable and lonely life.

Look at it this way you are working for what you got. Nobody can ever say you were given anything. So be proud of yourself.
That's just life. I'd rather work for what I do have instead of it being handed to me.

because the people that work, must work for every one, so in turn, those who do nothing, have it done for them and reap the benefits, while those that work are given no benefit, and must work harder to support them selves, but then only support the lazy. now it is a different story for those that can't work for disabilities, or job requirments...

Why ponder an impossible question? Many have nothing and are very happy while those with plenty seem to be the unhappiest.

If you have good health, family, friends, and a lot of love in your life, you have everything.
Money and things money can buy IS important. But if your health is crappy, nothing else matters.
