The guy who said "Give me liberty or give me death" was Patrick Henry on March. 23 1775, Virginia

By saying that, he became one of the most popular and famous people in the world.
He also said:"Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?"

I hope this helped!
