if you are a member of CASE, you may lodge a case with them and they may take action. http://www.case.org.sg/medi1.htm

If you are not a member of CASE, you can either
- join as a member and lodge a case
- lodge a police report if there is fraud involve
- file a claim in the small claim tribunal http://www.smallclaims.gov.sg/SCT-A_to_Z.html
- file a civil case with a lawyer (may not need to go to court if the other party choose to settle out of court)
- write a complain letter to the boss of the shop
- write to the media and hope they will follow up on it and do a report

whatever the case, make sure you have evidences and stay with the facts. The bridal shop may sue you for deframation.
