I think Cranium is fun.

Celebrities is a lot of fun; it's a public domain game, so you can play it for free. It's sort of a combination of Taboo, Charades and Password. All you need is a timer (or a watch that can time in seconds), some paper, pencils and a bowl. We typically play with at least 6 people (although I have played with up to 14). Each player writes the names of three famous people on a pieces of paper, one per piece of paper. The names are placed in the bowl, and players are assigned to two teams (there must be an even number of players). The first player pulls names out of the container one at a time and tries to get their teammates to say the name on the paper by giving whatever clues they like (a la Taboo), without saying the actual name (or any form of the name) on the paper. If a teammate get a name right, they keep the paper; everything else goes back in the container. Each player has only 30 seconds to give clues. The names are passed to the next person, who repeats the process, and so forth, with the names going around the table, and everyone getting chances to give clues and to guess, until all of the names are guessed. Teams score one point for each name guessed. All of the names are put back in the bowl, and a second round begins. This time, the clue giver can give only act out the name (a la Charades), and may not make any sounds. In the third round, the clue giver may only say one word (but may repeat it as often as desired) to get his teammates to guess who the person on the paper is. The team with the highest total score from the three rounds is the winner.

I recommend "Catch Phrase" or "Apples to Apples." They're fun party games!

There's a ridiculous game called Curses that I play, sometimes... It's always a hit, especially when combined with drinking! :D
