yestrday i was wearing a tigh shirt showing my bulli button pearcing. and a skirt about 4 inches from my hips. with sandles and a foot bracelet. two kids wistle and the girls just said what a b*itch or what a h*le. so i felt really bad but, thats just my style.

You are TWELVE years old, where are your parents? Why are you allowed to dress that way and have a belly piercing? Heck, you can not even spell yet!
Put on a T-shirt and some denim shorts and get yourself some sneakers. You are in for a rude awakening my dear. The world is NOT kind to women that dress in this fashion at such a young age. There are no well respected, professional women (other than rich Hollywood types) that dress that way.
Please, don't head down that path. You need to value yourself more than that.

people, especially girls have a hard time accepting something they know is cute or hot or pretty if they don't have it themselves.
pure jealousy. if their guys were whistling at you, they were probably jealous b/c they weren't getting the attention. be a bigger person. if you see a girl with cute shoes, or a really cute hairstyle compliment her. don't hate
however, you may want to watch what you wear. Guys will take that as a sign of being "loose". You don't want to draw negative attention to yourself. stand out because your outfit is trendy and well put together, not b/c of how much skin you're revealing
