If you're looking for a classic suspense movie, try something by Hitchcock, like Psycho. If you want something a bit more modern but more of a psychological thriller, maybe try Identity... it's not very well known but is very suspenseful, as is Silence of the Lambs.

Vertigo. It's an incredible artistic masterpiece, and the visionary Alfred Hitchcock's most profound and personal work. It is a tale of love, death, guilt and obsession, and it features highly inventive and creative camera angles, surreal and dream-like cinematography, beautiful San Francisco scenery, and a frightening, career-best performance from the terrific actor James Stewart.

13 Ghosts is a good one! But another movie that isn't really horror or anything is called SPUN. It's a good movie but it also depends on your taste
