Be yourself and if people don't have a good perception of you; it's not you who needs to change, it's them. Don't hang out with people if they don't like you. If it's an issue of someone thinking you are different than you really are, then if you spend enough time around them being yourself, they should eventually get the picture. If you want to make a good impression like for a job interview just remember good hygiene, dress nicely, and be prfessional but also warm and easy to work with. I hope this helps!

Ah... one of those "complex" questions with infinite answers, lol. It all boils down to judging a book by its cover but sadly a lot of people don't care to look at the book before making their judgments.
First impressions count. The best way would be to just remain true to who you are. If you keep seeking affirmation from others' perceptions of you, you'll never be able to live your life!
Life is hard enough as it is but to PLEASE everybody... is insane. Take comfort that nobody's perfect & that to each & every individual is unique & diverse in their own special way.

I believe the best way to change someones perception of you is to change your actions. Actions speak louder than words.

Alter your perception of yourself...and you will find that you will end up not caring what others see you as. Now if you are llooking to hook up with someone and you feel by changing yourself into what they find attractive...you are going to get some...stop and think!!!
