I have a clarion radio that is shot.Can the underseat cd player be used with a new radio?

Clarion is a specialty brand. Look for Croucht Field Electronics? they specialize in car audio. Its not the right spelling, they are mail-order.

in most cases yes. even if you buy a radio of another brand, ususally the connectors and such are the same. worst case scenario you might need to buy an adapter or something but it will work.
