I think it is stupider than hell but am I the only one?

it was cool at first but it outlived its usefulness a long time ago. i am so sick of it i could scream. how could we get the message to DW that it's time to come up with something new. i would rather hear mike joy say "we are green from daytona" or something like that. mix it up. or better yet, play in car audio from various teams for the first 2 laps of the race. just keep switching around from car to car

I have to agree with you, it is stupider than He::. , it's getting old hearing it, but that's his "catchphrase". You can ask just about anybody what's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of DW and they will say "Boogity, boogity".

I know a group of us went to go see "Cars" and laughed our a$$'s off when the announcer, Cartrip said that at the beginning of the race.

It's dumb as hell...but quite the catch phrase...I find myself saying it around the house a lot! If my dogs won't get going...I say "Boogity, boogity, boogity" and the get going, lol...of course I do have a dog named KASEY!

Try having a 3 and 6 year old walking around the house saying it all the time!!! Love DW, but tired of hearing this day in and day out.

Boogity on baby!! First, it's catchier than GREEN GREEN GREEN. It's also better than and here we go. I mean...when he does it you can actually see him standing up and shouting it with excitement. I liked it when he first did it, and I still like it today.. Call me crazy, but hey, it stuck. To me, excitement is worth all the other annoyances that might come with it. DW did not get "jaws" as a nickname early in his career for nothing. yes, he can yap like the best of them, and yes he can get really wordy sometimes. he does get on my nerves on certain days, but when it all comes down to it.. i would rather have him commentate than others (like oh say crazy senile old man parsons who can't tell you who drives what car), b/c at least he knows what's going on on that track and he knows what racing is still. he's opiniated and does go overboard sometimes, but at least he's got excitement about it all and it's not like he's just there.
