you will recieve some money for each child under 18 that is the biological child of the mother. this will be based on the amount of disabiltity the mother recieves monthly.

If the mom is on disablity it is not that much money but has nothing to do with child support from the dad.

I have been receiving disability for 10 years now and my children's' also get a check from my disability, and I also receive $586.00 in child support every month from their father. Getting child support has nothing to do with your disability. so please collect all you can.

sweetie being disabled has nothing to do with it, she will still have to pay something or the state may pay, it depends on what kind of disability she is on. call your dept. for health and family services, they will tell you all you need to know. good luck
