Just drop a hint. Leave a note, leave a rose, innocently ask him to lunch or that you need help fixing something (damsel in distress, ya know, play it up, stroke his ego) and test the water first.

Since I (and several other people I'm sure don't have myspace), I would recommend if you have many of the same interests, be around more in those interests. For example, if you both like photography :), carry your camera around more.
If you don't have common interests, trust me: kick him to the curb of your mind, your heart, and your hormones (and invest time in someone who does have the same interests).

Find out a reason to talk to him, get to know him, and if you are nice enough he will figure out that you like him. Don't rush, be friends first.
Never hand your heart to someone until you are sure they won't drop it. (UNLESS you are willing to see it go 'splat')
