Spanish would be the most useful language. It's the second most used language. I learned Polish and Latin as a kid but never used them. Now I only remember as few words.
I know more Spanish words now but I can't speak the language.
I learned a lot of Spanish from labels printed in 2 languages.
That's how I know that "mano y mano" means "hand to hand" and not "man to man".
I learned that from a jug of limpador de manos. (hand cleaner)
(limpador means cleaner)

Spanish. Because we have so many Hispanic people in the United States and some of them can not speak English very well. So if I could speak Spanish then I could communicate with a lot more people. Don't take any of this the wrong way (with everything going on about immigrants). I just think it would be the most useful for me.

I'd learn some Asian language. It would be hard to choose between Thai, Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) or Vietnamese, but I'd choose one of those.
