The cost of a divorce depends on how much work you lawyer has to do to get you divorced. If you don't have children, if you don't own anything, if you don't have investments, if you aren't buying a house then it'll be a lot less than if you have those things.

Hmm well a divorce depending on assets will probably cost about $2800 and $5000, but since you only been married for a month, you may have it anulled for much less.

GO TO LIBERARY and do it your self about 50 dollars to 75dollars papers cost 15 fill out file they will send you a court date pay court cost bam you are divorce they will even have the papers served

It shouldn't cost anything since it has been 1 month, But if that's what u want then don't wait to long because then u will have to pay something.

You can get an anullment if there was fraud involved and a simple divorce cost about$1200

if you have been married for only a month you can probably have it annul ed. It's like a grace period and every state is different. Call your local town hall information number or a local attorney.

i think you can just go get it anuled but im not for sure i live in illinois call the court house and ask the circuit clerk.
