Why don't you try Google Earth. You can zoom in on Muskegon from an overhead satellite view and see the cars parked next to the trailers. Go to mapquest and print off maps of the Muskegon area so you can follow the roads on the satellite view.

"Trailer Life" (GOOD SAM'S) publishes a directory of Camp grounds all over the US. Also try the Chamber of Commerce in Muskegon, MI they will have listings in that area.
