I don't know. Some seriously wealthy people living in Colts Neck. Also some wealthy people (like Bon Jovi and Geraldo Rivera) living on the North bank of the Navesink River.
And, Rumson is also very affluent.

Could be LBI, Moorestown, Princeton, Riverton (for the size of it I believe it is the wealthiest). Moorestown was voted the number one place to live in the nation so people are flocking there. It is so hard to say.
Then again it could be camden, newark, jersey city...depends on your definition of rich ...rich in what? monetary value or drug transactions.
By the way most richest is not proper. you should have said "most rich" or "richest"
