i want to basically sell items.. that i have from a ware house..so basically have a pic and a place for them to be selected... also i want a place where customized items could be designed... i want to be able to accept payments... gather shippin information...and it to look good and professional.. also how to advertise my website

you need a web host, like yahoo, to help set up your site and maintain it. If you don't know how to design a web page, then you defintely are going to need professional help to set one up and maintain it,
or you could go to Ebay and set up a store, and use all their free tools

if you want to take payments then i suggest you get a professional company to handle the site for you. you don't want cc details going missing from your site
