Saw it on broadway and helped boo it off. It's fairly worthless. It's certainly not up to par with the classics like Oklahoma or the Boyfriend.

It's sort of cute, I mean, It's Not Les Mis, but then again, what else is? It is sweet, simplistic, not challenging, a tad boring, entirely missable unless of course someone you know has a lead. I sometimes think that sch things get written so average high schools can have something to put on.

I saw it as a high school drama production and it was excellent. The rhyming appealed to children and the humor was tasteful but aimed at the adult audience. If you have the opportunity do not miss this one.
