my father is in the hospital . my mom says hes fine but hes been in there for almost a week. do you think shes lieing to me?

DON'T PANIC. EASY FOR ME TO SAY RIGHT? NO. MY WIFE'S GRANDMA HAS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL TWICE THE LAST 3 MONTHS. EACH STAY WAS LONGER THAN A WEEK AND SHE WORRIED LIKE CRAZY THE WHOLE TIME. EACH TIME IT WAS SOMETHING THEY TOOK CARE OF AND SHE IS 88 YEARS OLD. DON'T FREAK OUT. IF YOU THINK IT IS A SERIOUS CONDITION TELL YOUR MOM YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT (IF YOU THINK YOU CAN). IT;S VERY HARD AND NEVER EASY TO DEAL WITH WHEN THE ONES WE LOVE GET ILL. I HAVE LOST BOTH OF MY PARENTS ALREADY AND MY WIFE HER DAD THREE YEARS AGO. I DON'T KNOW HOW OLD YOU ARE OR YOUR PARENTS AGE, BUT AS I SAID IT IS HARD AND DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE OTHERS WHO LOVE YOU AND SUPPORT YOU, YOU WILL BE FINE. BE STRONG AND TELL YOUR MOM YOUR CAN DEAL WITH WHATEVER SHE HAS TO TELL YOU. EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT TO TALK MORE.

Comming from someone that is around medicine 24/7 , Unless it is a surgury or other post or end op he is going through i would deam most liely. but then again we all lie a little white lie when we don;t want others to worry. being a mother to 3 children with my husband in iraq hell yeah i lie to them when they ask is daddy gonna get hurt or is he gonna get shot cause honestly why make them worry about things adults tend to know more about . Children tend to worry about things more so then adults. Unless it is money related....

if she's lying it's for your own good but one way to find out is to go see him and take him flowers but whatever the out come remember ur mom loves you!
