CRAY-T44 about 10mb a second!!
**********US MIL SPEC******
Simon-so6 about 50 mb a second

DSl is typically capped, so it depends on who your provider is. Cable is technically faster, but it can be capped as well. A dedicated T1 or T3 or fiber connection would be faster.
