does anyone know how I can reposses my own car. don't have key but my ex still drives it.

If your ex is using it without permission and he/she refuses to return it, then report it to the police as stolen.

I've done it before. If you still have a key, use it. Then park it somewhere safer than your own house.

if its in your name, call a towing company to get it for you, or go get it yourself, steal it, what is ur ex gunan do, say my ex bf stole his own car back!?

If it's in your name report it stolen..
