Ownership deeds are public record. Look up the particular county's register of deeds office on google. Example: www.waynecounty.com/registerofdeeds It's pretty easy from there, input the address on the county's site. All pertinent information should be easily accessible.

You don't even have to go to the county.....go to city hall, and ask to see the records for whatever address you want to see....like someone else said, that is public record, and ANYONE can see that.....many cities now have a website that you can pull this info from....i live in Canton Mi, and i love seeing what my neighbors pay in taxes....
