Heaven must be real, because the mere existence of man and women being here, and everything around us, should be proof enough for us to believe that their is a God and Heaven. If we live our lives the best we can according to the scriptures, we'll make it there.
You can create a temporary heaven here on earth when you find that special person that is compatible with you. Giving the right songs can create a heavenly moods. There are so many beautiful songs that could express so many meaningful words, to a love one, and create a great mood. Love songs are my number one choice if you want to express your feelings to that significant other. Women are emotional creatures, and we love all that emotional stuff. I bet some guys like it too.

Although Biblical in nature, most people miss the true meaning of Heaven ( and Hell as well), And truth be told they are both ONLY attainable here on earth. Most people go through life and never realize it. Heaven is the Love and Respect of your friends and family, It's finding a skill you love and making a career of it ( most people go through life hating their job) Heaven is knowing a little humility and compassion. It's literally being able to stop and smell the "roses" or any other flower. Most people cant or dont appreciate beaty of mother nature. lastly, its having a faith in your fellow "man" , It's that simple.

Heaven's Here on Earth - Tracy Chapman comes to mind and I happen to agree. Heaven and Hell are right here on Earth. And yes I believe that it is achievable. Its a little different from person to person but for most, a job that you like and the love of a good person is pretty darn close.

In the bible, God says "I will go and prepare a place for you" - although the book of revelation says the streets are made of gold and describes heaven, I think that God makes heaven for each and everyone of us. If you believe in the bible and the heaven that is in the bible then, yes Virginia, it is achievable for eternal life. I do not think that you will find heaven on earth here and now because it does not exist in that same way.

Heaven is a place god gives t o us as a reward for not completely screwing up and beleiving in god. So I don't think that wer can acheive it her. I do feel that if were doing the right thing we'll have a taste of it though

I think it's achievable by being honest with yourself and generous to others. In the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus gives the instructions "Do not tell lies and do not do anything you hate." I think that's a pretty good way of saying it, because if you're honest with yourself about what feels right and what feels wrong, then it will be difficult to do anything that hurts others, and it will be much easier to be at peace with yourself, even if you have to pass up things you think you want at the time.
