Please don't do what someone said and take water pills. You will only lose water weight doing this--not actual fat. The MOST true fat you can burn in one week is 2 lbs. Any more than that, and you're losing water and precious lean muscle tissue. That is not a good thing.

Eat loads of green veggies, lay off the bread, pasta, rice and sugar, eat reasonable portions of lean meats and fish, increase your water intake, exercise for at least 30-50 minutes per day and just be really conscious of what goes in your mouth. It'll come off in no time.

Pure clean water intake will wash your system and all of the stored meals in your colon. Generally your body will store 5-8 meals in your colon. By reducing your food intake and increasing your water intake you will clean your system to maybe 3 meals storage and that will be close to what you are asking.

Eat healthier, less sugar. Exercise a lot such as running, cycling, or stretching. Yoga could help, too.
