Are we at the peak of technology??

Question

What else can we do? Find a planet to live? - too far, no air, Time travel? Impossible... Hologram communication - Maybe next step.. what do you think it will be...

i don't think this is the best we can do but dude think about it, even we want to advance, the environment does not allow it because we are gradually running out of resources. I know we have everything figured out but come on, our ultimate life source, the sun, is generally going to explode into a super nova.

Perhaps we can find a new planet to live but not until someone invent a spacecraft that can get us out of this solar system and into other galaxies.

let me think of these inventions...hologram...maybe...time travel...impossible.....but i do believe in time viewing when we travel thousands times faster than the speed of light and go to a distant planet and observe the light reflected from Earth thousands of years ago.

As far as this generation is concerned, technology is only going to improve as much as more memory space on a mp3 player. But who knows, maybe tomorrow there will be another revolution like the industrial revolution and change our lives forever.

i don't think we are at the peak of technology. just think, a hundred years ago, i bet they thought they were at the peak of technology. who knows what they will come up with next? im sure they will try to make the things that are so popular in the movies.... flying cars, hologram communication, etc. but who really knows? Time Travel is impossible, maybe.... or is there someone brilliant enough to create it?

somethings gonna come that we never even imagined. i bet a long time ago, they would never have thought up computers or laptops or cell phones.

i guess we just have to wait and see...

I have a degree in History; specializing in Ancient civilizations.
I also have several years of profesional archeological training.
While most people have little or no idea of how advanced many prehistoric peoples actualy were, we are not at our peak of technology today;
oh--unless of course the USA drops into sudden cahos and decline, which it very well might!

You wonder what else we can do - but that's the thing, we just haven't invented the next technology - it'll come. If you think of something we can do next that will revolutionize the world, then you'll be one rich man.

If we were at the peak of technology, nobody online right now would have had any problem with their computers, ever.
