Can help, I think B complex better, but better consult the doctor, sometimes it doesn't work as you expected, because all these tabs are just helping as a supplement only, still it depend what is you main diet..

Yes it works. I think you would need an Rx to get injectable B12. You can also look for sub-lingual (under the tongue) drops at a health food store. I use a B50 vitamin. It has multiple B vitamins including B12 that work well for energy and stress.

If you need something for stress a combo of Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc helps women as well.

B12 is a very important vitamin for your central nervous system health, getting enough of it can have definate benefits for those sort of issues

Yes! A B12 shot works a lot better and faster than capsules though

I like B-50 myself. It gives me energy . I take 1 at night before I go to bed. It helps me wake up. Sometimes I take 1 in the morning too. Be sure you have the 400mcg of folic acid. This is important for women.
