Pregnancy symptoms for alot of women can be the same as PMS symptoms. Nausea, headache, breast tenderness, fatiuge, ect.....Some women experiance cramping, like they are getting their period, while others have no cramps. Just as some women do spot a little in early pregnancy, and others will never see any pink or red. If you spot, that is normal. It is not normal when the spotting turns to heavy bleeding with bad cramps. If this happens, you need to go to the doctor asap. Remember, every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. Meaning, some women may have symptoms from the time of conception, to delivery, while others may have none or only a few.

If you think you are Pregnant, I would suggest a First Response. That pregnancy test can detect the lowest amount of HCG (the pregnancy hormone) in a womans body, and you can take it 4 days before your missed period. If you get a negitive wait a few days and retest, this is because the HCG levels double every 48 hours resulting in a positive pregnancy test. GOOD LUCK!!! :)

All pregnancies are different. With my first I had no symptoms either. With my other, I experienced every symptom you could think of. If you've missed a period that's one of the first signs that you could be pregnant. But because you don't feel any other symptoms you should go see a doctor to confirm that you really are pregnant.

every pregnancy is different. As of right now, not feeling anything is not a bad thing. Not all women get symptoms every time ( I never got morning sickness at all, but my mom was in the hospital for months because she was so sick she could not eat) If you are concerned ask your doctor to measure your hormone levels, a low level may cause no symptoms. Chances are though, you and baby are just fine. Just wait till you hear that first heart beat, and you feel that flutter in your belly once again. Best of luck and congrats!

The only symptom I had was a missed period. I didn't start w/anything else until about 12 weeks.
Even if you did with the first, each pregnancy is different.

It is a possibilty that the test could be wrong but tests are pretty accurate as the test is intended to detect the pregnancy hormone found in urine. However, other things can trigger both positive and negative results such as medications. Remember no test out there is 100%. Please contact your physician or go to a free walk -in clinic for accurate results. Every pregnancy differs. Best wishes and good luck.

The test has a very small chance of being wrong and ocassionally someone can miss their period. I would wait a week or so to see if the period missed by a bit. Though if it is correct, congrats!

Rarely you will get a false positive. A test cannot find a pregnancy hormone, without the hormone being there.
Be glad that you have no woes yet!
My first pregnancy was also horrible, but I had a very wonderful, yet very hungry second pregnancy. As a mother of my 6th & 7th, I can definitely guarantee that EVERY pregnancy is different.

there is always a little chance of error, but most of the time, the tests are accuate - so, congrats!!

each pregnancy can be different so you may not feel the same - or the symptoms could show up a little later

those tests sometimes give a false negative, but almost NEVER give a false positive. I didn't get any symptoms with either of my kids untilI was about 9weeks, then I felt horrible for the next 31. but when they were born it was SO worth it. congrats and good luck.
