WTF are you on about? our tracing terrorist funds was no secret, it's basic common sense and had already been discussed openly by the president himself.

Congress never declared war...the Bush administration has circumvented the laws...the personal privacy of millions of Americans has been violated...and you dare to criticize the new York Times instead of the Bush administration???
