Most likely not. The Rams lost a good amount of players to free agency - most notably Adam Archuleta. Defense is their biggest problem, we'll have to see if the addition of Will Witherspoon and Corey Chavous can help stabilize the defensive unit's production. The offense should be fine...but the rams play in the NFC West..which also happens to be the same division as Seattle. I doubt the Rams' defense has improved to the point to where they can stop the Seahawks; Seattle probably still has the edge over St. Louis. Also, the Cardinals look to be a contender this year (although their offensive line is still very questionable). They have a nucleus of young players who are looking to build upon the improvements they made last year. The Niners are still a year or two away from reaching respectability...so it looks like the Rams won't win the division, but they certainly won't be last either.

NO. The Seahawks will return as the NFC West champs.
The Seahawks have the same skilled players on offense and their defense has developed well together with Lofa Tatupu as their star.

The Seahawks have some unfinished business to conclude in Miami this next February.

Honestly, since they moved from LA, I could care less. And even if they won the NFC West, who cares? it's going deep in the playoffs. I think Bulger is a stiff and Faulk is done so nope, they won't even make the playoffs.

Plus they play in a dome--boring!

Their offense is falling apart and they dont have a defense. Seahawks will advance and cardinals might get a wild-card
