Seriously there is no contest. Superman would win. The hulk is actually human, superman could snap his neck like a toothpick in human form. Superman is the greatest superhero is comic book history

Superman. They both mmay be 'impenetrable', but Superman has way more power behind him. With those eyes, the whole flying thing, and his amazing underwear on the outside of his pants, Superman would triumph over the Hulk!

There was a short crossover series in the early 90's called "DC vs. Marvel Comics"
Supes and Hulk duked it out. Superman won.
Not saying I agree with it, just saying that it's already been done....and the Man of Steel beat the Green Goliath...
