Keep: Steve Smith, Larry Fitzgerald, Matt Hasselbeck, Santana Moss
On the waiver wire: Tiki Barber
Cut or Trade: Ben Roethlisberger, Randy Moss
The keepers have shown either solid consistent play or the ability to become even better than what last season showed. I put Tiki on the waiver wire as a means to place him in questionable territory. Tiki may have another year or two left in him, but I am not entire certain about that. Ben has not been the best fantasy QB out there (on the low end for passing yards and TDs) and with Jerome gone, he will have to air it out more - which is not always a sure thing with Big Ben. Randy has had two consecutive injury-laden seasons that have diminished his play and numbers. Also, with Brooks now at QB, don't expect too much from this offense until a better quarterback takes the helm.

1.Barber - In any league scoring system Barber is going to be a top 5-10 back.
2.Steve Smith-Solid QB, Keyshawn on the other side and Colbert back in the slot(where's he best suited) will make it tough to double/triple team him Steve.
3.Larry Fitzgerald-With Edge in the backfield defenses won't be able to back away from the line of scrimmage which will give Warner a split second more time to find Fitz
4.Santana Moss-solid player and decent Offense but Brunell has a couple of weapons now and Gibbs is still run happy.
5.Randy Moss-freakishly talented there's just two many questions with the rest of the team to get consistent production and that is the key with keepers consistent, top quality production.
6. Hasselbeck-a ton of weapons and most D's focus on stopping Alexander
7.Roethlisburger-run oriented O within the 20's and Randal-El will tough to replace.

It all depends on the scoring system in your league. And how many players do you get to keep?
Assuming you get points for yardage in addition to TDs, I'd take Barber first. RBs are usually the most valuable in most leagues. Fitzgerald and Steve Smith next, as they're not only good but young.
Roesthlisberger is good and young, but QBs are typically easier to come by. Randy Moss is getting older and is definitely not a bargain pick. Many expect Santana Moss to have an off year; he'll definitely see fewer balls his way with the addition of two other good WRs in Randle-el and Brandon Lloyd.

Tell me you won your league...
I would definitely keep Tiki. I can't think of a sensible scoring system where he will be less valuable than those elite receivers. Most player rankings I have seen have Barber in the top 5. If you get points for receptions, all the better. If you can keep more than one:
1. Tiki
2. Fitzgerald
3. Smith
4. Hasselback
