I live in MPLS and the days inn is about $40 a night or so. they have a pool too, at least the one by the mall of america does. My mom has stayed there and its pretty nice.

Motel 6 and Super 8 are both economical. Check their websites for accomodations, locations and prices.

i suggest using expedia go to expedia.com you can also try travelocity that is the one with the freaky wandering nome thing but i always use expedia when i am planning trips because u can book ur hotel, flight, and car plus save $$$$
