Get thicker alot any ideas on how i can do this?

There is a way to do what you ask but you MUST include exercise daily. In your market, next to the carnation milk section there is a product called Carnation Eagle Brand milk. This is the sweetest thickest milk I know of and we used it in football when I was growing up. Drink one can every other day and eat three balanced meals each day with foods from the basic food groups substituting chicken or fish for red meat if you want. I do not recommend red meat but if you eat it is ok. Record your weight. at the end of three weeks record your weight again and continue the balanced meals combined with at least 8 hours sleep, if you have kids not possible. If you do not get the results you want repeat the three week schedule. At any time if you encounter any feeling that is out of the ordinary or that you have not felt before, stop until you are yourself. Not the meals or exercise or sleep just the eagle brand milk. This got us alot thicker and heavier for football. I perfer that you stay small and cute like gurls are supposed to be but round gurls are just as lovable and cute. Make yourself happy as you are your own best and worst critic. Hope this helps.

Eat High protein and drink lots of water. Stay away from high Carb foods. Like donuts and ice cream. You have a fast metabolism and most likely will keep that until you reach your 40's! sorry.. that's the way you are made. =o) Good Luck though!

Ice Cream. Hanging out on the couch more often. Getting to know the staff at your local McDonalds, etc.. Or, hit the gym and put on some muscle, and eat too much, too. You'll look like Pink in no time.

I think you should see your doctor. They will probably suggest you drinking protein shakes or taking Joe Weider Weight Gain Powder. do not try eating junk food because that would not be good on your body. If you work out you can ask the gym what they suggest.

Go and see a nutritionist. The nutritionist will actually going to help you in the right way, because even though you want to gain weight you have to do it the right way and eating healthy. Try protein shakes too!

Kudos to you my friend you are one sane person in a crowd. Try a diet with more carbs or protien. this will raise your wieght but you can still be haelthy. You might also want to try an exercise rutine that will ad muscle. that way you will have some shape to you and be toned.

Eat alot of food. Don't over eat, you don't want to get to the point where you so fat, you can't walk or anything, and it begins to ruin your health. Just put on as much as you think is nesicerry.

use this:

breakfast:
1/2 cup low-fat granola
1 cup low fat yogurt
1 medium apple

snack:
1 banana
5 whole wheat crackers
1 oz cheddar cheese

lunch:
Turkey wrap:
4 slices turkey breast cold cuts
1 slice American cheese
2 slices tomato
1/2 cup lettuce
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 whole wheat flour tortilla
1 cup low-fat or soy milk

snack:
12 cashews with 2 tbsp raisins
1 cup low-fat chocolate milk

dinner:
4 ounces grilled chicken
1 medium-size baked potato
1 tsp margarine
1 cup cooked spinach or your favorite veggie with 1 tsp olive oil

dessert:
1 chocolate pudding cup
2 sheets graham crackers

this works!!
