it seems every time a woman goes down south on me I never ever orgasm is this normal I find it arousing and exciting but I don't ever orgasm.

"She" must not be doing such a good "job" and/or you're probably too inhibited to come in a woman's mouth. Do you think it's nasty??

It is normal, yes. A lot of guys need a particular type of stimulation and intensity in order to orgasm, and sometimes that exact combination is hard to achieve with oral sex performed with intent to make the person have an orgasm.
Try oral sex as foreplay only--there will be less pressure to have an orgasm and you might enjoy it more without that pressure there!
