im going to the verizon wireless store tommorrow to get my first cell. i want something from verizon that looks cool, has speakerphone. a camera would be nice as well. i dont want anything to expensive. any ideas? thanks

DO NOT GET MOTOROLA!!!!!!!!!!! they break sooooooooooooo EASY!! i hate motorola!! if u gonna get one. get a nokia or samsung.. i like them the most, mostly nokia

LG VX8100. good speaker, MP3 player (need to buy a memory card though), 1.3 MP camera, voice activated dialing, all the bells and whistles, VCAST ready. DO NOT go to the store. look online at letstalk.com or wirefly.com. they will rip you off in the store. online vendors like these guys (dealt many times with Wirefly and love them, haven't dealt with letstalk.com) will give you way better pricing on your phone than the stores ever could. Example? I purchased a Samsung A900 for Sprint through Wirefly.com. I paid 90 with a 30 mail in rebate for a grand total of 60 bucks. in the store, it was on "sale" for 159.99, spent $100 less with free FedEx 2 day shipping. can't beat it. Whatever you do though, don't go to the store. even if you know someone who works there, don't go

don't get motorola - they are crap now. the best brand is lg and the best two phones are the lg-8300 and the lg-9800 both are similar in features. you can download music onto your handset like a mp3 player. i have the 8300 and love it! the 8300 was bout $100 after rebate when i bought it.

get an LG, they aren't that much. don't get a razr, they break REALLY quickly (ask my sister, my ex or 5 of my friends)
