The way that they teach them in school is nothing compared to what others could say. It is impersonal and is treated as nothing but what you do to reproduce. It is not really explained but they just tell them about the organs. I had my neice who is ten ask me stuff after she had the sex-ed class. I was shocked that they even showed it to her. It just mostly made her think that you just make babies and that is all that happends. They don't tell them the emotional part of it or anything else for that matter.

Some kids just don't feel comfortable talking to their parents so they go somewhere where they can be anonymous and not have feel embarasment. I know my parents had a hard time talking about it and so I've made a decision not to be like that with my children. They do teach sex ed in school but kids don't always feel comfortable asking questions in front of their friends. I also think that kids are growing up too fast. Some 13 year olds look like they are 16 now.

Curiosity is natural and it's good that they ask questions. Yes sex ed is taught in schools and in homes but sometimes kids just want to ask more without embarrassment, even in a joking way it is good that they ask! Just because they ask does not mean they will have sex but it is natural to be curious. Remember when you were a kid? That is a natural time to ask sex questions!

This isn't "natural curiosity" - this is a bunch of punks who are loose on their parents' computers, and the best they can do is ask questions that reference sex or poo-poo. Pity them.
