My first instinct was to say something stupid like, "Run around outside with a huge lightning rod attached to my head!",...but I will not stoop to that childish level today,...lol
WHat it really inspires me to do, curl up in a corner with a favorite book,...snuggle with my ol'man and nap, or if I am in a inspired mood already, I enjoy sitting under the over hang of my apartment watching the rain yet staying warm and dry writing poetry or short stories.
I think theres something mystifying and a little romantic about rain and thunderstorms in general. It's almost as if when they come, calm is restored, as the world sits through yet another crysalis, and when the rain goes away and the sun comes out, everythign sparkles new and clean again, it makes me in turn almost feel more clean and stress free.
Okay lock me away, I am probably sounding like a weirdo! lol

I love to sit down in a comfy chair alone and read a really good book whenever there are thunderstorms.

To think deeply about the creation of god who had created such strange phenomena in which a cloud, which you cannot touch, can cause freight and destruction to humans or human property. I ask god that this storm passes with no harm and after its gone I thank him for the peace and calm life once again.

They excite me. I want to sit outside (not a good idea sometimes!) and watch them roll by. I love to read, and do logic puzzles, and we usually play cards during storms as a family. If I am alone with the hubby (yeah, right! LOL) we make our own thunder and lightening!:)

I love to go outside and watch the light show occur. I also enjoy listening to the thunder rumbling through the air.

They relax me. I turn off the lights, turn off the TV, stare out the window and watch the lightning.
