Depends on how you look at it...
If you go by fraction multiplication, the answer is simply 10...
In a fraction multiplication, if the denominator of one side has a common factor with the numerator of the other fraction, then you can simplify them...
In this case, the two fractions involved will be 10/3 and 3/1...
since denominator of the first fraction is 3 and the numerator of the second fraction is 3, you can cancel both off and place 1 because both common factor is 3..
so now, you are left with 10/1 x 1*1...
=10.....
tada....
The alternative solution will be a recurring decimal of 9.99999....
Reason being so is that when you evaluate the fraction 10/3 first, you will get the recurring decimal answer of 3.3333333...
Thus, if you were to multiply this answer by 3, you will get the expected result of 9.999999...
BUT>>>>>
the value of 9.999999 when rounded of.... will point back to the first solution...
WHICH is 10....!!!
