I never found a reason to ever go back to Galveston. It was crime ridden, dirty, beachless and quite scary.

Galveston Island State Park on 3005 - there are from primitave to camper sites, beach on other side of dunes, shower, fishing, bathrooms If you have a camper there is also dellanarea park at end of seawall on 3005 same stats apply but closer to town

i like galveston a lot but i dont know of anyplaces where u can camp out but check out www.galveston.com or galvestontx.com

crystal beach is great for camping if you really want to ruff it, or theres galveston state park or san luis pass is cool too!
