Don't get out of bed suddenly - rest in bed for a bit before getting up. Keep crackers or dry toast to nibble on before you get up. Eat small, frequent meals in small amounts. Don't eat fatty or greasy foods. Make sure that you're getting enough rest.
Take 1/2 unisom (not a whole) with a B6 vitamin in late afternoon or at night. May still make you sleepy!
I'm pregnant with twins & 16 weeks, the morning sickness if finally starting to subside. I had mostly chicken soup the past few months. My doc ended up prescribing Zofran for me, my nausea was so bad. $3000 medicine, but it works pretty good, and it's an instant dissolve.
Key is, to make sure that you stay hydrated. You don't really want to go to the hospital to get an IV! Take several small sips of water throughout the day - don't gulp it, you'll just end up puking it.
If you think it's more than you can bear, call your doctor. They're there to help - with or without an appointment.

The absolute best thing that helped me were soft peppermints. I would break off a piece and just let it melt in my mouth. I don't like the hard peppermint candy, but the soft is yummy. I kept some by my bed to eat before I even got out of bed. Then I had them handy in every room. I had some serious nausea all throughout my pregnancies and this is the only thing that helped.
As for the weakness, if you are taking prenatal vitamins they will help, if your not taking them start immediately. Not only will they help you feel better they are very important for your baby.
You can also eat 6 or 7 small meals a day instead of regular potions 3 times a day. This will help with the nausea and the weakness.
Good luck and Congratulations!

Ginger is great for nausea - so is mint. Try some ginger ale. They also sell ginger teas and ginger pills in the health food stores. Drinking small sips of caffeine free coke helped me a lot with morning sickness. Also I kept saltines around and nibbled on them constantly. Good luck - it stinks but it doesn't last too much longer.... Also try chewing some spearmint gum... :-)

While i was pregnant when i got nausea i usually ate crackers, or lemons and salt. You can also try getting out or in to bed slower if thats when you mainly get nausea.

DO NOT USE GINGER! Although very effective against all forms of nausea, health officials DO NOT recommend taking ginger for morning sickness!!!!!! Please look at the link.
Your doctor should be able to give you something for the nausea. Feel better!

Ginger is good for easing nausea. Put some in your tea or buy a supplement. Even chewing crystalised ginger might help.

Nothing really besides actually vomiting. It's the curse we women must go through! Seriously, saltine crackers may ease the nausea just slightly but nothing cures it like praying to the porcelain god!!!

Try to always have food in your stomach
Don't guzzle water on an empty stomach
Eat crackers before getting in the car
If you feel like you are going to vomit, do it. You will feel better after.
Try to keep cool---up the AC in the house and the car.
