at church camp i had made alot of friends. one of which is quite abit older then me. i m 14 and she is 22. i wana stay in contact with her but she lives an hour away from me. i want to call her to see about going to fireworx with her and just talk (she has sorta become like my mentor and i talk to her about my problems) but for some reason each time i go to call her i freak out.
p.s if this helps iam a girl. and trust me I AM NOT A LESBIAN!

I understand why you freak out whenever you attempt to call her, unless you're afraid what she will think out you. The only way you're going to develop a relationship with her is to communicate with her. I wouldn't worry about the rest of the junk that's on your mind, if she's going to be your friend, it will happen. I think you're worried about the wrong thing.

Mail her a note at the post office - or email her. You are probably nervous because she is older, and may reject you when not at a place like church camp. I doubt that she will do that - but you have to realize that she is an adult, and has a life in the adult world as well as in yours.

Email is great, so try to get her email address. Just get the guts to call if you have to ask her for it.
