I am currently a student in Computer Networking and I'm about to go for my bachelors but I'm not sure whether or not to get my Master's as well. I want to do intelligence with the FBI.

Look at security for your masters with networking as a bachelors and security as a masters you will defenly get in the FBI. Here is a VERY good place where the goverment and large companys go to train. they now offer a master course http://www.sans.edu If you want training here and there go to sans.org and get some certs.

I have a college degree in computer science. To date, every job I have applied for, or held, as placed more importance on having industry certifications than college degrees. Complete your bachelor's and then take a few months and get certified (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) At this time, they are preferred about the college degree.

If your goal is to work with the government then I would suggest the Masters. You cannot go wrong with more education.
