I would perfer if some has any remedy in herbal treatment.

No. They have to be surgically removed. The roots go down deeper than you think. You need to ask your doctor if they are a risk. Did they start out small and end up big? Have they changed color, like from pink to dark brown? Are they symetrical? Meaning, the same on one half as the other? If they are not, then, have your doctor check it out, okay? They can be cancerous. Please, go to the doctor!
